All products are in stock and ready to ship. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Information
MelloBello currently only supports shipping within the United States.
Shipping cost is $4 for orders under $60. Orders over $60 enjoy free shipping.

The total time from placing an order to receiving the package is the sum of processing time and shipping time: typically 4–9 business days within the United States.
We work hard to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery conditions are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist if issues arise during transit.
We cannot modify an order once it has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us before your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Before contacting us, we recommend double-checking your tracking number to confirm the status of your package.
Order Pending:
- If your order is pending, please wait patiently. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Marked as Delivered:
- Check with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or building managers to see if the package was received by someone else.
- If marked delivered within the past 24 hours, please allow additional time, as carriers may mark packages early. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours, contact us.
Still in Transit:
- Carriers may experience delays. As long as the tracking updates within the last 2–3 days, your package is still on the way.
- If you’re concerned, you may contact the carrier for the latest updates.
Delivery Pending:
- If your tracking shows delivery pending, please contact the carrier for clarification.
- Pending status can occur due to unsafe conditions or carrier operational issues.
Taxes and Duties
