Processing Your Order
All Chunky Yarn products are stocked and shipped directly from within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Information
MelloBello currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping cost is $4 for orders under $60. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping time, typically 4–9 business days within the United States.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery conditions are beyond our direct control. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking or resolving delivery-related issues.
Orders cannot be modified after shipment. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Before contacting customer service, we recommend checking your tracking number for the most recent delivery updates.
Order Pending:
- If your order is pending, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Marked as Delivered:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or building management.
- Carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. Please allow up to 48 hours before contacting us.
Still in Transit:
- Occasional carrier delays may occur. If tracking has updated within the last 2–3 business days, your package is still in transit.
- You may contact the carrier directly for more detailed updates.
Delivery Pending:
- If tracking shows delivery pending, please contact the carrier for clarification.
- Pending status may occur due to weather, safety concerns, or carrier operational issues.
Taxes
All orders are shipped domestically within the United States. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or international fees applied to your order.
Applicable sales tax, if required by law, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
